A CHILD
Children Service Network, Inc.
TOYS: Please do not bring or send in any toys or any other items or gadgets unless it is requested for show-and-tell, etc. We will have planned show-and-tell. At that time, you will be given the choice of items to bring in.
FAMILY PICTURE: Please send in a family picture of your child’s family. Please label the back of the picture with the names. This is an important tool that will help with separation anxiety, so send it in as soon as possible.
CUP: Please send in your child’s labeled sippy cup everyday filled with drink.
I will refill with juice once at snack time and with water as often as needed.
Please let me know if you prefer WATER ONLY.
STATEMENT: You will be sent your billing statement via email approximately one week before it is due and you will receive a receipt via email approximately one week after payment. If you need a paper copy, please notify one week in advance. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU MAKE OUT THE CHECK TO THE APPROPRIATE PARTY AS STATED IN YOUR REGISTRATION-__________.
DROP-OFF PROCEDURE: Please make drop-off as quick as possible as to not delay your child beginning his or her day on a positive note. Give kisses and hugs before entering the door. If you need to communicate with me, write it in the folder or call me on my cell before coming or after dropping off your child. # (941) 204-2760.
“HONEY-MOON” PERIOD: For 2 weeks, you will need to make it quick and try not to come all the way in. Please observe the “2 weeks no parents in the school / classroom policy”. I know this may be hard for you and seem “cold”, but it is in the best interest of your child; to make the transition smooth for your child. Drop-in/Pop-in at any time after the 2 week “honeymoon” is over. In about 3 weeks, you are welcome to come in and stay a while, hang out with your child and observe and share a few minutes of your child’s morning at school. Pre-reserve is required.
BACK-PACK:
KEEP EXTRA CHANGE OF CLOTHES IN BACK PACK AT ALL TIMES.
Make sure your child has his backpack each day, with his communication folder inside
(which I will supply the first week of school).
